If you are a first offender or the parents of a juvenile, you may not be aware of your legal rights or the long-term repercussions that come with criminal allegations or conviction of the crime in question. Unfamiliarity with criminal procedure may also add to your distress and can result in wrongful conviction without competent legal counsel. It is important to remember that you are innocent until proven guilty and hiring the right attorney is the best way to assure that you stay that way.
